Carpet weaving and dinner

We drove to a handwoven carpet studio next, where staff were waiting with very welcome cold beers and soft drinks. Although I had no intention of buying anything, I was fascinated to learn more about the weaving process, and watch it in action. There were some beautiful carpets and rugs at very reasonable prices considering the time and the work that had gone into making them. Kathy was the only one of the group who bought one 😊.

From there, we went to a local restaurant for dinner. It was after 9pm and far too late for me to be eating, but I was hungry, so I ordered something. I knew it was a mistake 😂.Read more
