Squamish

Originally we planned on driving right down to Horseshoe Bay, to take the ferry to Vancouver Island. Gladly, we followed suggestions of others and decided to stop in Squamish for a night to hike up „The Chief“. What would we have missed!

The plan was to walk up the mountain to take the Gondola back down. Funny thing is, we realised after a good hour that we‘re walking up the wrong trail. However, this was the luckiest thing that could‘ve happened to us, as the trail and view from the First Peak of the Chief were sooo great!
After walking back down, we took the Gondola up to the initial spot we wanted to go. Obviously the view was awesome as well and we walked the famous suspension bridge.
