Dobbins Lookout and South Mountain Park

This is a must-do if only to marvel (or be horrified) by the vastness of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. At over 16,000 square acres, South Mountain Park and Preserve is one of the largest municipal parks in the United States. To get an idea of the size, it takes two hours to cross north to south and two hours to cross east to west travelling on the highway at 80 mph.

With over 58 miles of trails, it's a hiker's paradise. For our motorcycle compadres, its a nice curvy ride up to Dobbins Lookout.
