An early rise, and walk to the airport, began a series of checks and inquiries in order to get to the Galapagos Islands. There were about 5 checks of Covid tests, passport, and tickets, then the 2 hour flight was nothing. Landed on the small island of Baltra to the north, followed by a 10 minute bus ride to the ferry. A short ferry ride of about a quarter mile to the bigger island of Santa Cruz. Then jump in a taxi (truck) for the 30 minute ride to Puerto Agora. Then drop the bags at the hostal.Read more
