Jakarta H3 #2839

After a great weekend of partying to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the JH3, we had one final run last evening. There were still 29 hounds available to make the journey to the “Road to Nowhere” down near Bogor. After a few introductions, we set off on yet another amazing trail of mostly single file shiggy tracks through the local fields, including a couple small water crossings.

As the pack began gathering again at the finish, we huddled around the umbrellas as the rain came a calling. The last few hounds came in just after dark, in the pouring rain . . . but then, the skies dried up, and we had a dry circle of fun for about an hour. Great jokes and songs, and just when it couldn’t get any better . . . it did. Hot pizza rolled in to finish off the evening. Well done hares, and thanks!
