Pan Africa Hash - Red Dress Run

We all made the two hour shuttle out from Lilongwe this morning, and have settled into this fabulous venue right on Lake Malawi. This RDR was a well laid 6 km trail that took us through the local village outside the venue, even had a bunch of kids chase after us as we ran by. One of the better RDRs I have done in a long time. Looks like we had over 50 on trail this evening, good times to start a fab weekend.Read more
