Asuncion H3 #86

Another hot day in Paraguay, was near 100 this afternoon, and had only cooled slightly by run time. Well, mostly really walk time. Only 11 turned up for the hangover trail today, and I was the only runner. I was having a hell of a time focusing, and spent far too much time breaking the checks, but in the end the pack was only 5 minutes behind me on this 6 km trail that I managed to do nearly 8 kms on. 😊 It was a good tour of downtown Asuncion, and the streets were sparsely busy as it was Sunday and most people are staying inside.

It was an A to B trail, and we ended in a cool open air pub where we had free reign for most of the time we were in there, so no issues with circle or singing. After several down downs, we settled in for a pizza night and beer, laughed, joked, and talked about the weekend. Good times . . . then we had to say goodbye . . . until next time Asuncion.
