This brewery was established in 1621 by Augustinian monks, and their recipe is the same one used today. There are 5 large beer halls, several smaller rooms and a huge beer garden, for a total of 2,400 seats. You grab a stonewear mug from the shelf, rinse it in cold water, and then they pour your a beer right from the barrel. There are a variety of food stalls to buy food from to bring to your table.
