Short ride to to lunch then lodgings. Also checked country road speed limit and it is 80, (erk) although many don’t obey it. 110 for divided (almost) motorways and 130 for motorways.

I'm assuming 'relics ' refers to the wine barrels?

Similar arch to the Harbour Bridge. Here the vivid lasers are rehearsing across the sky. Vivid opens on Friday night.

Quiet day. Noisy night. Now know a little about Eurovision and that’s enough. Fun party though.

    Judy Mylonas

i have been missing in action for a week, a heavy cold, but have just spent some lovely time catching up with your last few days. Gorgeous countryside you've been through, punctuated i see by stunning food. Now, about Eurovision....did no-one vote for Great Britain because no european wanted to vote for a country that doesnt want to be in Europe, or was it just a crap song?

    Robyn Smith

I am so happy that the contest is so engaging and exciting. Dress ups look like fun too

Several kilometres today to get us closer to Toulouse. Nearly lost a credit card in the toll booth. Held up many cars until a maintenance man came. Next section didn’t receive a toll ticket then had to try to explain. Caused another blockage.
Also got overtaken many times when we were doing the legal 130kph. Madness.

Looking at the size of your value meal I can tell you’re not in Japan.

    Ian Hill

And in the bowl was hot Camembert. Must have been low fat

    Robyn Smith

Actually there is a bit of Japan there with the rectangular shaped plate. And I spy a healthy salad.
