Einmal hinauf zum Platau Rosa dem Matterhorn so nah ...

Eigentlich sollte hier dieses Wochenende das Speed opening der FIS sein, allerdings wurde dies wegen Schneemangel abgesagt.

Die dafür vorgesehene Piste und den Zielbereich konnte man erkennen, auch wenn da fleißig wieder abgebaut wurde.

Sogar den Mont Blanc konnte man von dort sehen :)Read more

The Matterhorn

Or Monte Cervino as the Italians call it. The alps up here are so rugged and craggy they are unreal. We both felt they looked almost photoshopped against the bright blue of the sky. Awe inspiring.
