Azofra

This tiny town is a hidden gem on the Camino. The municipal albergue is very well laid out with single beds two to a room. I'm sharing a room with Diane from England who I met on my first day on the Camino. The albergue also has a nice courtyard with a fountain.
Additionally, just out of town is the Jardín Botánico de la Rioja. The most wonderful thing about the gardens is that you are encouraged to walk barefoot on the cool grassy paths, which felt fantastic on my feet after a long walk.Læs mere
