Opening Concert 开幕式音乐会

On July 13, 2026, the 18th China International Chorus Festival grandly opened in Beijing. Hundreds of choirs from five continents and over ten thousand chorus enthusiasts gathered in the capital to meet through song and partake in this musical gala for the global choral community. Tonight, the Concert Hall of the National Centre for the Performing Arts in China brought together chorus participants from around the world. Different languages converged through the power of singing; diverse cultures found mutual understanding through choral music. As piece after piece resounded through the hall, we felt more profoundly than ever the ethos championed by the China International Chorus Festival—exchange, understanding, and friendship.
