Day 1: 30°36'11" N 9°32'40" W

After one week of surfing, today I started the bike journey through the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It is the last preparation before my big journey to Nepal (www.cyclingfornepal.com), which I start on the 20th of August, 2016.
In six days I need to be in Marrakesh which is the destination of my adventure and than take a bus back to Agadir, wherer my flight will leave the next morning. But before I talk about the end of the trip, let's start with the first day.
It was a great one. Spectacular landscape and that was only the beginning. What niggles me was the very long uphill I had to achieve. But the reward was an awesome view and a great descent. I'm curious on what the next days will bring.Baca lagi
