The Golden Circle

Today we went to see all the tourist sights in the golden circle. For the most part, totally worth it! The waterfalls Gullfoss and Faxafoss were lovely. We stopped at a tomato farm for lunch and had the best tomato soup and bread. We saw a big crater. We were both tired after all that excitement so we came back to the hotel, but I was determined not to miss the Secret Lagoon (supposedly the oldest pool in Iceland) so I headed back out and spent a lovely 1.5 hours soaking in the warm water and meeting people. 10 out of 10 worth it.Leggi altro
