Another cool morning start but we were soon in the sun and we had an early morning shock! A Hill?? We haven’t seen one for about 10 days! Anyway with hills come views. We officially left the Meseta Czytaj więcej

Just mind boggling what you are experiencing and achieving
PodróżnikEnjoy your day off. Am dying to know how much each of your packs weighs ?
PodróżnikJane’s pack is about 8kg and Ant nearly 10. The extra water makes a big difference so most days we only have 500ml each and fill up on the way. Every now and then we need to take another bottle. The packs feel great now. First few days we felt them more
PodróżnikThe postal service here has a great service - you can send things along and for the cost of the postage (very reasonable), the post office on the receiving side will keep the package up to 45 days. After Pamplona when we were having a bit of a heat wave, we thought to send all our winter gear onto Santiago. Thankfully Anthony looked ahead at the weather and we didn’t. Walking at 2 degrees in the morning without our warm gear would not have been fun. And Lou, I keep meaning to add, that thanks for your coaching of being in the water transport business, in the beginning we definitely were, but then when we saw the amount if drinking fountains on the way, sanity prevailed 😊
PodróżnikWell done Amazingly efficient packing especially considering you're carrying gear for such temperature extremes (won't admit what my pack weighed for my rookie Camino effort )
PodróżnikNow you need to tell us how quickly you can pack them before sunrise. You're probably down to 2 minutes !
PodróżnikI wish! The trick is packing in the dark if you are in a room with others still sleeping! If we pack the night before it is very quick though.
