Last Sea Day

Thanks to the clock change for an hour, we got an extra hour in bed. Which was needed.
To be honest, i woke up feeling a bit out of sorts, sore throat, and a tight chest. We had breakfast, and then I went back to bed at 10am and slept for another 4 hours. Completely missed regular lunch time, and Heath had stayed with me despite me saying he could go do stuff while I slept.

After getting up for the second time, we went and watched a bit of an interactive Jungle Cruise show which was funny and had the participating people doing stupid things. It as fun to watch for a bit.

Though as I was feeling a little off and standing around on a moving ship, it was time to sit down, so we went for our very late lunch at the quick serve places on deck. Heath ate bbq and I got a burrito and some pizza. With some ice cream to follow.

Then it was time for tedious part of the trip, laundry. Heath got into bed, and I popped back and forth to the laundry room.

We chilled for a while in the room, watching the world go by, then headed to see the show. An adaptation of Beauty and the Beast but based on the love action film rather than the cartoon. This was excellent, although they are obviously still working through some technical teething problems for a new show on a new ship.

Dinner was back in Worlds of Marvel for a celebration of the Avengers, and heroes Groot and Rocket form Guardians join in, and I won't spoil it but Groot does super sweet thing for Rocket (so yes, i almost cried, but it's not hard to make me cry at stuff). Dinner also came with a juice accident, me spilling a whole glass of orange juice across the table 🤦‍♀️
Our server, Dash, made the embarrassment go away by bringing extra dessert. 😃 though i am convinced the blueberry cheesecake resembled a boob (with a super large nipple admittedly). I'm not always the completely Disney safe person 🤣🤣🤣

Our assistant server, Rodrigo, came round with gifts, little ducks, I got the pink duck with hearts 💕 and Heath got the very normal looking duck. I think Rodrigo got me, but not sure he understands how weird Heath is 😜.

After dinner, it was bedtime, so back to the room to find a Peacock 🦚 in our room. We 're running out of space on the sofa with all these cool animals.Читать далее
