Haunted Mansion Parlor

My favourite ride at Disney Parks is Haunted Mansion, and I buy an unreasonably large amount of merchandise from it.

Having a bar themed on this ride was reason enough for me to justify coming in this cruise.

The bar isn't just a bar. It is an experience, it's like you stepped out of your doom buggy on the ride and are wandering around and sitting in the attraction having drinks.

The Imagineers have knocked it out the park with this. It is full of familiar mods to the ride, but with its own story about being on an ocean liner. There are magical elements from the ride, ghosts in the mirror, paintings that change, skeleton fish in the fish tank, and a ton of lighting effects. The level of detail is sublime.

It is easily the best thing they have done on one of the ships yet, and there's been some pretty special things done on other ships already.

Disney know what they are doing, they have souvenir cups, which as you'll have seen we've been getting, and they have special Haunted Mansion Parlor sodas, so of course those bottles are required too. It's a shame, they already ran out if the Cola soda, so my collection is incomplete. Or as Heath pointed out, that's just a reason to come back. Possibly becoming the most expensive cola drink in the history of man, but if the shoe fits 🤣
