U.S. Capital & Library of Congress

Started our day with a tour of the U.S. Capital. Our visit coincided with Ukraine President Zelensky's day in DC, but we didn't bump into him 😉. An added bonus was getting to see the Reading Room at the Library of Congress which was open for just one hour. Wow--what a beautiful building! We also had passes for the Senate Gallery -- not a lot going on in there (only a few senators, although one was Joe Manchin), but interesting to see. Note, no cell phones and no pointing in the Senate Gallery 🥴.Baca lagi
