Tottori-shi

Nach einer Nacht in Himeji ging es auch schon wieder weiter nach Tottori. Dort besuchten wir ein Sand-Museum. Es gab dort Sandskulpturen die mehrere Meter hoch waren und von Künstler aus der ganzen Welt erstellt wurden. Dass es dort ein Sand-Museum gab, hatte einen Grund, denn wenn man die strasse überquert hat, gelangte man direkt in eine Sanddünelandschaft. Wir genossen den Sand zwischen unseren Zehen und die Sonne auf unserer Haut. Am Abend zogen wir weiter nach Hiroshima, wo wir die nächsten 3 Nächte verbringen werden.

After one night in Himeji we continued our travel to Tottori. We visited a sand museum. There were different sand sculpture that were multiple meters high. These were done by different artists all over the world. But there is also a reason why there is a sand museum. After crossing the streets we directly entered a landscape of sand dunes. We enjoyed the sand between our toe and the sun on our skin. At the evening we took the train to Hiroshima where we will stay for the next 3 days.Read more
