Drive to Hike

Today was another cloudy, rainy day. We headed off and first stop was to see some rock carvings - the second photo. There are supposed to be 2 reindeer, but I could only see the head of one. Raymond tried to explain where the other was, but nope. Did not see it. But the area was really nice! Lots of fun rocks! And a giant waterfall not that far away!

We kept heading south and there is so much water coming off the mountains! Waterfalls everywhere! And the rivers seem high with some tree trunks and grass in the water. We did get some sun at times and saw so many rainbows today! We had to have seen at least a dozen (I lost track after a while) and I joked it was to make up for all the days we didn’t see them this time! But they were everywhere!Read more
