Zambia / Botswana Border

Exiting Zambia itself was easy but then we had to wait for a ferry to cross over to Botswana and that took forever! We ended up walking onto a ferry and then walking to the Botswana immigration while the truck remained in Botswana waiting for a ferry.

Once we had gone through immigration we had to wash every pair of shoes we had in a special solution because foot and mouth disease is a problem.Read more
