Visit with mom and dad

We left Tyler just around 9am. I drove the first hour, then Glenn drove on into town.

We had seen that Karen and Alfie were having a garage sale, so Glenn texted them to see if any of Karen’s home-made cinnamon rolls were still available. They put 4 aside for us. While visiting them, Brian’s old college roommate walked him. In the course of the conversation, we learned he worked for Moody radio station in Chattanooga and was in town for the Buckner Shoes of Soul event at the Texas Rangers game.

We continued to Juliet Fowler to see mom and dad. Plus Ronnie was visiting too.

After lunch and took mom back to her room and visited with dad a tad longer.

Next stop: TCBY and Tuesday Morning and Lola Rodgers. We had a nice visit with Lola. Event we arrived at Summers home in Grand Prairie.

While at JF, we ran into Susan Malphurs. She was so happy to see us.Læs mere
