Day 4 Motril, Spain (18)

We did our normal stuff. I cross stitched and had my devotions while the sun was rising and we were docking at Motril. Glenn did his bicycle thing.

We ate breakfast at the Garden cafe and a nice “brown little man” carried my bowl of oatmeal and English muffin over to the quiet La Cucina area.

We had a delightful visit with John and Jori. We met the Sams 8 years ago on a South America cruise. They’ve been to Guatemala several years ago to visit us and then we visited then near Malaga in January 2020. So good to catch up and visit.

We drive 1/2 hour down the road and sat at a seaside cafe and had lunch. We enjoyed the famous Spanish food (paella) and great conversation.Read more
