Road trip

The original plan was for Elizabeth and Amanda to come home with us but that got changed when Elizabeth wasn’t feeling too well. So Amanda got the golden ticket! We left Fisher, Illinois at 6:30am. Had several stops.

For breakfast we stopped at Walmart, pulled our cereal and milk out and enjoyed our meal.

We pulled over in Sikeston Missouri at a park for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I drove for about 2 hours before heading to Little Rock where tornado warnings and heavy rains. We decided to stop at a hotel and just as we got into our room, the electricity went off for 1.5 hours.

In the meantime, Elizabeth, 7, is transferred to children’s hospital in Peoria, about 1.5 hours from Ellen’s house. I haven’t heard from Ellen yet to hear how she was doing with the infection.Okumaya devam et
