Amanda and I had a complimentary upgrade to FIRST CLASS. Imagine being a 3 year old and sitting in those huge seats?

Amanda did well. I decided to check her car seat all the way to Tyler. She handled her orange juice great. Didn’t spill.

We had an hour layover at DFW so we rode the Skylink from Terminal B to Terminal D and then switched back to the other direction to get to our gate in Terminal B.

Since we had left Ellen’s home at 4:05am, Amanda was one tired cookie by 9:00am. She fell asleep before the DFW-TYR flight even took off.

Then we were the VERY last people to get off the airplane in Tyler. Yes, I broke my rule.

Glenn picked us up and we discussed how we could help Sarah pick up her new (pre-owned) RAV4 in Dallas. We drove directly to Dallas with a potty stop at Buc-eyes. It took a little bit longer than we were anticipating, but all’s ok.

We stopped by to see granddaddy at Juliet Fowler. Then Amanda fell asleep at 4:15 and slept all the way home. She was still asleep when we pulled into the driveway. We couldn’t leave her in the HOT car so carefully got her up She did eat supper, then got up in the chair and fell asleep.
