Day 10 Isafjord, Iceland

I was able to book a last minute Viator to Dynjandi waterfalls! This was the same tour we were booked on for yesterday. I can’t believe we were docking at 7:30, I booked the tour at 7:15 and we were on the bus at 8:45.

We drove thru 2 unique 5 mile tunnels. Some parts the tunnel were just 1 lane.

These fjords are extreme. There’s sheep grazing and this is s very isolated place. This area had their first snow last weekend and the waterfalls were full. Water is very clear and cold.

It was very windy and kinda cold at the Dynjandi waterfalls. But beautiful!
So thankful for this “last minute” excursion that I was able to book.

We walked into a hardware store and noticed these long words. Icelandic’s language is unique.
