Last week was beyond anything I would have ever expected. Friday, March 12 it started snowing in Seattle; and it snowed and snowed. On Saturday, Jay had her first real experience with snow. She and Yoshi ran and played at the dog park while Odin and I went sledding. By night fall both Jay and I were limping, Jay worse than I have ever seen her. We started glucosamine and ASA for her. On Sunday we all wanted to stay cozy inside.

Then the Tx power-grid got overwhelmed, Lack of preparation and regulation meant most of Tx had no power all week and towards the end of the week they also had no water. What a disaster! All caused by poor management, lack of caring and planning on the part of the lovely republican Tx government. And the senator, Ted Cruz headed to Mexico with his family. While senators from other states started raising money to help the poor people of texas. WTF!, right?
