North of the Medellín

Our favorite way to view a city is from above. In Medellín it's easily done by travelling by cable car that takes you above the roofs of one of the neighbourhoods that were badly affected by drug cartels back in 90's.
The city's plan to connect poor and troubled parts worked better than anyone could ever expected. Now there is a modern library being built where youth can read about Simon Bolivar and not take a gun into their hand.Leer más
