Snoqualmie Falls

Back on 90 West. This part of 90 is wooded and mountainous. We even had glimpses of Mount Rainier on the drive. Of course the top was in clouds. Beautiful drive.

We drove most of the morning and our first stop was Snoqualmie Falls. This is a beautiful fall that is also used for hydroelectric purposes. One of the earlier builds, using the power of the water. This waterfall was so powerful that you literally walked through a cloud of mist to get a view of it. There's a beautiful lodge right on the brink of the Falls. We enjoyed walking the park like setting that gave you different views.Read more
