Wythop Moss

Trip of the 'Swaites'! First to Braithwaite, then Thornthwaite and Lothwaite, Burthwaite and finally a picnic by the river at Southwaite! We did some hunter gathering at the Lorton Village Shop of ice cream and cakes. Ice cream didn't get very far of course but we did attempt to eat the cakes at Crummock Water The presence of a pack of primates with loud music and smokey BBQ stopped us in our tracks and we retreated!
