Gili Travangan - Local life

I rented a bike (just like everybody else) and went once around the island and several times across it to get some idea of how the locals live on this island. It is a very strange place indeed... there must be 10 times more tourists than locals, possibly many more in high season. There are hotels, hostels, home stays, resorts...one next to the other. People run around in bikinis, shorts presenting their aweful tattoos (never seen so many ugly ones in my whole life) to whoever doesn't have enough time to look away.
