Arriving on Pulau Belitung

I decided to spend the first of three long weekends on Pulau Belitung, a relatively small island between Jakarta and Singapore. This is a place you don't find in German guide books (haven't checked the Lonely Planet) and that's probably one reason why there are almost only Indonesian tourists. Most people on the island don't speak English and so I got to practise speaking bahasa indonesia a lot which was great.
