The way back to Medan

On our last day, we got up very early and took the ferry back to the main land and then got back onto our bus. We stopped at a caoutchouc plantation, where our guide explained to us how the caoutchouc is collected. We also stopped at an oleh oleh store - of course - and bought enough sweets to feed everyone's family for a month. Then our bus broke down and we had to take local mini busses to the restaurant where we had lunch. Fortunately we had left so early otherwise getting to the airport on time might have been a problem.
