Visiting Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

Having arrived at the hotel together with my colleague Marco who is the PQM coordinator of the German school in Shanghai, we decided to head to the famous temple Wat Phra That Doi Suthep which is about an hour away from the center of Chiang Mai. I had last been there in 2001 on my first trip to Thailand, but I didn't really remember anything apart from the long stairs uphill.
