Arriving in Tanjung Puting

Our trip 3-week-trip began in Tanjung Puting, Kalimantan. Katja, Bastiaan, Steffi had booked a river cruise to see Kalimantan's famous Orang Utans. After a surprisingly short flight we arrived Pangkalan Bun. Unfortunately not all our luggage made it as well and so Katja had to start the journey without her backpack. Fortunately, the rest of us had packed enough clothes to help her out. We shared out boat with Liv from Jakarta and enjoyed the beautiful scenery as well as very yummy food.Read more
