Today was a social day - not as much fun for the girls - but lovely for me.
We took the morning slowly, having a late breakfast in the hotel while Vins left at 730 for a work trip to Sardegna.
The day then included catching up with my dear friend, Federico, who is the director of the print version of Italian Vogue. The girls were initially very chuffed but then bored when they realised that famous people don't just hang out in Vogue.
We dragged ourselves back to the hotel for a rest in the afternoon then I did some exploring on my own before Amy and I went to hang with Franci and her son, Giovanni. Then at dinner Vins and I met up with Ginevra and Il mercato centrale for a fantastic Spaghetti con le vongole.Read more
