Towards Slovakia

Leaving Prague, we get tangled up in morning commuter traffic. Heading out on the same road as yesterday, the traffic gets even worse because of roadworks that will not be completed til 2024. The road surface is dreadful and it feels like we are driving on flat tyres.
It’s largely rural areas we travel through dotted with villages. The ever-present church spires are in the centre of most villages. The border is soon reached and we cross into Slovakia. There are an enormous amount of trucks on the road.Lue lisää
