Not receiving notifications?

Email and push notifications

Your followers will immediately receive push notifications about new footprints, comments, likes, follow requests and more. This only works if your followers installed our app and enabled push notifications.

Email notifications

If your followers confirmed their email address, they will receive emails about new footprints and news in your network. These emails are sent within 24 hours of an event, but to keep the mailboxes clean, no more than one email every 3 days.
