Camp #12 - Rio Grande Campground

Sometimes we don't get it right first time. I reversed the truck onto our pitch, but the wind was making the rain fly on the tent flap about a lot. So I reversed it out and turned it around.
I did a "pallea" inspired rice dish, as I couldn't find half the ingredients I needed in Walmart (no paella rice, but a box of "Spanish style rice" and no chorizo, so pepperoni instead) and then on our walk to start the sunset hike we saw these Javelina's (small hog type things) Czytaj więcej
