Yey, an easy day!

Today was a short day of riding, mostly on roads of decent quality (a welcome surprise), and almost fully downhill. We set off at 11 am to arrive at our destination - the Equator Green Gardens & Resort (which sounds much fancier than it actually is) - already at 2:30 pm.

On our way, we drove through some very picturesque Agave fields and hunted down multiple shops for some chapatis (Kenyan flat bread) and avocados for a simple but tasty dinner.

We used the extra time to plan the upcoming days and decided to deviate a bit from the "official" route, which would have taken us back into the surrounding hills with lots of climbs on awful roads.
