The free shuttle from the motel left at 7am and I had no problems--apart from once again being suspected of being a bomber--going through check-in and TSA. Another good flight with good service back to Kahului Airport on Maui, where I had a four-hour wait until my Mokulele island-hopper flight back to Moloka'i.

When I planned the trip, I thought I would use those four hours to take a quick trip to the QKC shopping center, but I was entirely pooped out by my whirlwind trip and just hung out in the commuter terminal.

Things I learned from my test flight: I should probably break up my flying time into 5-hour segments, as that seemed about right comfort-wise. I shouldn't go rushing about when I get to my destination. LOL.Leer más
