Mont Saint Michel

I’ve always wanted to visit this place. We left Omaha Beach and made our way to a camp ground at Mont Saint Michel. (Camping Marvilla Parks - Les Pommiers du Mont Saint Michel). We stopped a lt a local countryside market and bought cheese on the way.
We had a bite to eat out of the car. Then hired bicycles and rode the 5km bicycle ride to the Mont.
it was more impressive than I could have imagined. We walked up and explored the Mont and all the cathedrals etc.
We rode back and had dinner at a pizza restaurant, the rode back out to the Mont for a 10pm sunset.
