The road to San Sebastiannon the Norther

Went to see some very old Christian graffiti carved into the floor of the chapel in Erratzu, before leaving town this morning, and found lots of very militant new graffiti on some walls in the village, too.
After my morning walk, we packed up camp and drove to Sans Sebastian in Spain. On the North Coast. Listened to a podcast about it. Went for a walk around the castle. Lie Bayonne and La Rochelle, this town’s hey day, was based on the slave trade and other commodities in the trade triangle route between Europe, Africa and the New World. Sad really.Read more
