New York City Hall and the Woolworth Building

In Lower Manhattan, we admire the New York City Hall and, a short distance away, the Woolworth Building.

The Woolworth Building was completed in 1913 and was the tallest building in the world for 20 years, standing 240 meters tall. Even today, more than 100 years later, it remains one of the 50 tallest buildings in the US. Its neo-Gothic architectural style is inspired by European cathedrals.Read more
