    Today it was just Uncle Justin, Laura and me going into the city. Alpin had decided that he wanted to explore the forest near the cabin. There was a short walk through the city and along the canal to the Miniatur Wunderland. Across the 10 displays there is more than 1000 trains, more than 15km of railway track, almost 10,000 cars and about 260, 000 figures. The miniature worlds have so much detail and are rather comical in places. If anyone tells me Germans don't have a sense of humour I would suggest they are mistaken.
