Hoka Hey Day 7

Long, hot, and cold day. Nevada tried to blow me off the road in over 100°F heat while ripping off my helmet despite it still being attached to my head. My neck is sore and stiff, and my wrists, elbows, and shoulders are killing me from battling the bike for hundreds of miles.

Finally made it into California and hit over 7,700 feet, which dropped the temperature in the low 60s, which felt much, much colder.

Just ate a sandwich. Up at 0400 again in the a.m. for our continuing run north. Oregon tomorrow!Baca lagi
