We Saw Mt. Denali!

This morning was looking pretty clear, so we decided to try a third time to see the mountain. Success!! We finally got a glimpse of it from the overlook of Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. Yay!!

On our way back to Palmer, we stopped for Ice cream at THE place to stop. Luckily there weren't any tour buses there at the time. I got a waffle cone with half a scoop of blackberry on top of half a scoop of huckleberry. OMG 😋😋😋!! I also got my picture taken 🤣.

We took a well deserved break the rest of the day since there was nothing going on with the rally. Hanging at the hotel with a comfortable companion is a reward unto itself 🥰.もっと詳しく
