Lunch With Monsters

Another morning of sleeping in was terrific, but I'm getting spoiled 🤣.

I finally rolled out of bed around 0900 and began organizing my gear. During the 2022 Hoka Hey, I wanted a lot of time messing with my gear, so I want to make sure the things I think I'll need most often are the easiest to get to.

For lunch, three of us took an Uber a few miles away to meet up with the Mile Monsters. It's an extraordinary group of 58 riders 😱 who are just as crazy as I am (and some much more so) 🤣. Together, we've raised over $67,000 this year for our 7 Heroes ($3,300 for me)!!

A couple of hours later I was back in the hotel pool, but I had to share with kids today, so I didn't stay long.

We just had dinner downstairs and the introvert in me has taken "us" 😉 back to the room for an early night.

It was a Monster of a day!!!
