Yesterday morning, we strolled through forests to Wapta Falls. Neither of us feels great, so that was it for us.

Today, right on schedule, exactly 48 hours after my first dose of Paxlovid, I feel MUCH better. YAY! (Still coughing and my voice is gone, but still better!). Charlie's symptoms were milder, and he also feels better.

We had another easy day, driving up the road to Emerald Lake for a slow amble along the shore.Read more
