Day 167: Bad Wildbad

We woke up, enjoyed one last coffee with Tobias, and ate bread and home made jam from Silvia. It was hard to say goodbye, but luckily Tobias needed to go back to work.

After meeting up with three separate friends across Germany, it was time for emotional and physical relaxation. The town of Bad Wildbad in the Black Forest was perfect because its an extremely small town nestled into a valley with running streams, tall hills, and full green foliage. Bad means bath in Germany and there are natural thermal and mineral in this town and others across the Black Forest.

We enjoyed walking around the town, enjoying lunch by the river and single lane road/train tracks that run through the center of town, and soaking up the fresh air.
